Wild West Showdown 2010 Hotel Info

Okay...here is how it works.

Be sure to specify Wild West Showdown when booking as there is another derby event in the area taking place in April.

Visiting teams need to make the reservations individually by calling the Oxford Suites and Inn at 1-888-698-7848.

At this time individuals may NOT book online, they need to call the 888 number and book directly.

The name of the group is Wild West Showdown and the block code is “ROLRD”. If they mention the group name or the group block they will automatically be offered the group rate. YOU MUST USE EITHER THE GROUP NAME OR THE BLOCK CODE TO GET THE GROUP RATE.

Rates are as follows.

$89.00 for double occupancy. For any additional people over 2 in a room there is a $15.00 per person charge.

Rates do not include state and local taxes of 10.6% in effect at the time check in.

Reservations must be made by January 28, 2010. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of these methods.
